A Year of Dominion

A Year of Dominion

"What is man, that thou art mindful of him? and the son of man, that thou visitest him?
or thou hast made him a little lower than the angels, and hast crowned him with glory and honour.
Thou madest him to have dominion over the works of thy hands; thou hast put all things under his feet" Psalm 8:4-6 (KJV)
"The Power of God does not follow men, it follows His word"
"God is a God of times and seasons"

What is Dominion?

Dominion means sovereign control, it means influence. Believers are corporately called into the life of dominion. The dominion of the saints in the earth is the way we will enthrone Christ throughout the earth. It's a year of control, a year of influence.

4 keys to Dominion

  1. The restoration of the ordinances of the Priesthood
  2. The mystery of Light
  3. The power of Result (Productivity)
  4. The ministry of the Holy Spirit

3 things to know about the Holy Spirit

  1.   Intimacy with the Holy Spirit is atmosphere dependent
  2.  The Holy Spirit relate with people from a standpoint of brokenness (ever broken)
  3.  Obedience to His voice and instruction
Dominion is not just an Impartation; it takes time to know God. For the priesthood to be restored, we must fan our prayer life back to flames. For light to come, we must labor to study, Proverbs 18:1. For productivity, we must be willing to learn and upgrade our mind.

Books to Read this year

  1.  The Final Quest by Rick Joyner
  2.  The Call by Rick Joyner
  3.  Rediscovering the Kingdom by Dr. Myles Monroe
  4.  Divine Revelation of the Spirit Realm by Mary K. Baxter

The Limitation of Man

What is Man?

Key Points

"We live in a time where every sermon is use to show the imperfection of a church, Pastor,..."

"You are a christian to the extent to which the Holy Spirit is able to connect your heart to the heart of the father"

Psalms 8:1-6:

  • David is a blessing to the church because of his character. He found a way of exempting himself despite being under the law.
  • God seem to have bring his focus on a  man despite all His creation
  • What is man? that despite his rebellion and yet still think about man. Is there something God hide in man that man cannot see?
You can know a man's treasure by where his heart is. God is not ashamed to show humanity His vulnerability. God knows what he put in men but men does not know what God has put in man.

Isaiah 40:28:

  • describes something about God in comparison to man
  • verse 30 is a revelation about man
  • verse 31 provide remedy for man
When God made man, he drew His Spirit to create man's spirit but put man on earth (man's spirit comes from God and man's body comes from the earth). Therefore, there is always a contention between the body and the spirit.

The revelation of mercy starts in the creation of Adam. Before the creation of man, there was no mercy. There was judgement and justice.

Description of man?

  1. Man is dust. Genesis 3
  2. Man is not omnipresence. Our judgement are never always correct. The prophetic is God's mercy for men to peak into the omnipresence.
  3. Man is not omnipotence.
  4. Man cannot be without food, rest or love
  5. Man can be angry, "Be angry, sin not, do not let the sun go down on your anger"
Everything we do in life is a seed and the harvest will always be greater than the seed. Every yesterday was a today. Men are men, men are frail. We are all filthy rag. The goal is not to endorse our humanity but to reveal so that we will understand mercy. All men are men!

In the body of Christ, no one lose and another win; when one lose, we all lose. Time makes every man a man. We are used because we are broken. We preach because we are broken.

God love you too much to leave you the way you are!
